PELAYANAN YESUS SEBAGAI TELADAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMATIF PENDIDIKAN AGAMA KRISTEN
Abstract
This study aims to explore further the importance of transformative leadership in Christian Religious Education in terms of the leadership example of Jesus Christ during his ministry in the world, to bring students to change their lives. The focus of this research is to describe transformative leadership based on the example of Jesus Christ that is relevant to be applied in both church and school. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method through a literature study approach. The results show that the transformative leadership of Christian Religious Education based on the example of Jesus' leadership must be able to lead and guide the people he leads to be able to interpret, enable, empower, and encourage his followers to produce results and influence for God's mission on earth.
